newb90 Hello graphene world! Just installed on a new pixel and I assume that the “apps” widget would take me to the grapheneos app repository in order to install more apps… but no joy I’m afraid ! Do I need to adjust some setting for it to connect and look to the grapheneos app repository to add more apps? Thanks in advance for your help!
[deleted] newb90 See this link for explanation https://grapheneos.org/features#grapheneos-app-repository To install other apps you need to visit third party app stores such as F-Droid, Aurora (via app) or Google Play if you must.
newb90 Thanks for that, learning goes slow, I probably misunderstood that grapheneOS has its' own repository of additional apps (besides the few apps that come pre-loaded) ?
intelligence newb90 I think that in theory, the "apps" application is/was intended to be a general software repository, but its really in its infancy and hasn't been opened up to 3rd party developers. There's no telling if it ever will be, really.
