I figured why it disconnects.
Here is a bug, I ran into, that put me in disconnected loop. If in a range of 2 (not sure about more then 2 but likely) wifi's with ACLs if trying to switch them it won't connect due to different MAC because this toggle makes the wifi privacy switch to per connection, and then bckwards is not connecting.
