The only real options are ThystTV and Xtra tbh. They both use a proxy in order to not get ads as this is the only way to get ad blocking on Twitch. Apparently the proxy they use is Russian or can be Russian.
I would heavily recommend using a trustworthy VPN when using these apps either way, that way you bypass most of the downsides of this.
If you don't want adblocking or want to run / specify a custom proxy that's possible (at least in Xtra).
