Clarity on Google Sandbox

I know this has probably been asked a few times but searching the history on reddit I couldn't seem to figure it out still. All I am trying to know is if I NEED to make a work profile (shelter sandbox) for the google sandbox to work. Or if I am able to just use everything in one "profile" and not make a work one to still have the same overall effect?

TehOS You don't have to use a work/user profile to install Sandboxed Google Play. All the feature does is allow you to install Google Play as regular apps, wherever you want.

ye basically like uh like Google play be like having all this privilege 💅 on the stock os, and basically like 👩‍🦯 on grapheneos it don't get none of that 🗣️‼️‼️ like it just be like every other app ☠️ it like 🗿 just like every app other 🧍‍♀️ you can control they permisshion 🤯🤯😌
