magnesium-lion GrapheneOS very rarely recommends projects but you can see in the description of the Messaging app in the App Store that Molly is recommended.
Thanks for clarifying. For sure I can see how "Use a secure messaging app such as Molly/Signal for privacy instead" would be seen as an endorsement. Perhaps over time that text will change.
magnesium-lion By bad behavior I am specifically referring to personal attacks and unsubstantiated claims, something GrapheneOS bans in its own community and has criticized other projects for allowing in theirs.
This part still seems less clear to me: the nature of the alleged bad behavior, how common it is, and the extent to which the GrapheneOS project should monitor the online content related to other projects that it mentions. One way forward might be to send detailed examples to one of the moderators of this forum (and, presumably, how that might argue against continued positive mentions of the Molly project by the GrapheneOS project). I don't think that public discussions in the GrapheneOS user forum about content on Molly Matrix rooms is likely to be viewed as in-scope.
