That is fair, and I should have been more specific about calls. I was not proposing that an active phone call answered from the lock screen should have its microphone broken. The intended behavior would be closer to idle locked state sensor privacy: if the device is locked and there is no active call path, camera and microphone access are disabled according to the optional policy. If a normal phone call is answered from the lock screen, microphone access needed for that call would remain available, and when the call ends while the device is still locked, the lock state policy would apply again. Alternatively, the setting could make camera and microphone separately configurable, since the microphone has more obvious call related edge cases than the camera. My main concern is ordinary app sensor access while the device is locked, not breaking expected phone call behavior.
