Update finished very fast, system works well but there is one problem, I can't install the version 01 with additional patches. After update check shows prompt system is up to date.

FreeFrags22 Pixel8 MSR You simply need to wait until the security preview release is in Alpha for all of the devices. It's being moved into Alpha once the delta updates are generated and uploaded. There's no need to install the regular release first.

I apologise for my poor knowledge but once the versions will be in stable channel, will the device be automatically updated to Android17? ... Or will I have to do something else to get the new Android version?

Dboy if you have not disabled auto updates, the system will seamlessly update using OTA updates. Nothing to be done from your side except wait :)

Probably it will download automatically, if not go to settings, system, system updates, check for updates.

Dboy your device will always fetch the latest release available for your device and channel, no matter if it's a major version change or anything else. Upgrading from 16 to 17 requires some special migration process, but such a process could be used for any update.

We can finally use the flashlight at 100% and dim it natively in android 17

I couldn't update to that version at all without disabling the Security Preview. After the upgrade, I re-enabled it, and version 2026062201 was installed.
