There is no big space at the bottom yes, but there is actually less space than android 16. I recommend checking with 3 button navigation because it is especially noticeable there. When pressing the home button you can see the glow overlaps with the apps in the dock. Them being so close together makes it more cumbersome.
I'm all for the fix removing the giant space, but they seem to have made it too small.
flexerino accept that AOSP does not equal to stock Pixel OS and live with that
create issue on GrapheneOS issue tracker about adding feature to toggle that reserved non-usable space with hope that feature request wont be rejected as not planned due to project priorities and goals
I really don't think that's their intention, they've clearly been using GOS for a bit. Why would it be a problem only now?
itzzen I'm happy to see the weird void space is gone now, however the dock is now too low to the bottom of the phone.
I think you just missed the point about it being too low.
