android auto keeps disconnecting and connecting endlessly

what is DC/RC?
and how can i bring the logs?
the problem persists very badly and i hope i will find solution.
one of my concerns is that because many of the audio music files i listen to are with hebrew characters there is a problem.. but maybe i'm wrong and it is something else..

They are saying get logs after you have android auto disconnect and reconnecting.

settings > apps > see all apps > android auto > view logs

so i've tried and tried.. it eventually got connected again only after i connected it with the cable to the car.... only then android auto worked..

do i need wifi on maybe, for allowing it to work wirelessly? if yes, i didin't know that earlier.. i thought it is via BT..

anyway.. when i was in the car i've only connected it with a cable to see that it is finally working..
i do prefer it wireless so let me know if i need the wifi on all the time for that..

it now works with wifi on..

ok. so the BT and WIFI are both on and everything worked fine for a few drives. only until i entered and got a blinking welcome screen in the car screen.. only when i restarted my phone it stopped being stuck and blinking..

would really appreciate a solution.
the last audio file i played in the car has hebrew tags.. perhaps this can cause this bug?

updating..
got even worse the next drives.
it didin't connected even after restarting the phone.
not with the cable under data mode too..
every few moments i got a message in the car that it can't connect..
i don't know what to do

Try to install Android Auto in the main user without granting it any permissions, then test Android Auto again in a secondary user or profile.

Private space is a profile of the parent user.

Howdy folks. I've been doing a lot of trying to get AA to work the last few days to see if I can GOS or not. I don't know if this helps but it sounds a bit like something I saw. I have an external head unit from internet not a built-in one. It requires both BlueTooth and Wifi on and working. But the order in which they connects is important. Head unit first, then wifi. Also if wifi is already connected it seems to have issues. On mine allowing AA to run in the background when its not perfect was doing the constant reconnects and hiding the approval popup for the Wifi handoff.
Try

turning off the allowing AA to run in the background (phone settigns)
turned off auto-connect in the AA interface inside the head unit (might also make it reconnect)
disconnect (not forget) from all sources (wifi and bluetooth in on both the headset and the phone if needed). Using toggles etc.
MANUALLY connect to the head unit first.
This brought up a popup to approve permissions for the the Wifi Handoff ("Carlink..." in my case).
from there I turned back on auto-connect in the head unit.

I'm no expert so I may be missing something but hopefully disallowing bluetooth to run in the BG will expose something like it did for me.
