It really depends on who/what you are concerned with.
The only downsides I might take into account about signal are:
- Requires a phone number
- Some people are not willing to change their comm platform
Some people would suggest you to use Molly, which is a different frontend to use the same service, while other would argue that you are adding aother layer of trust between you and the service.
Personally, I would go with Molly, available also in Accrescent.
I feel like it is better than Signal if you install it in a profile with no FCM/UnifiedPush.
miyakore Ideally, my country would have groundbreaking laws that would catch these malicious, sophisticated online stalkers.
If you have proof you are being stalked and your country has counter measures, I strongly suggest you to report it to authorities.
