I am at a loss here. I've never been able to get Discord notifications on Android Auto when driving my car. Every other app works great with notifications, such as Google Messages, Signal, etc.
I'm specifically talking about seeing the Discord message notification on my car's infotainment unit. I still get the notification on my phone fine on GOS. I just never see any notification on the infotainment unit, and I don't want to keep checking my phone while I'm driving.
I tried enabling every single permission possible for both Google Play Services and Discord. I also reinstalled stock Android to confirm that it still worked on that OS (it did). Then I reinstalled GrapheneOS and it doesn't work while notifications work with all the other apps.
It has to be a GrapheneOS problem because it worked fine when I reinstalled stock Android. I just can't seem to figure out why it doesn't work on GOS. Any help would be appreciated.
Does it actually work for anybody out there?
