Does anyone have VVM working with US Mobile?

Recently just switched to US Mobile and it seems that Visual Voicemail doesn't work at all. Was working fine previously with Verizon postpaid.

Is this a US Mobile issue, or does Graphene not have the correct VVM configs or having issues extracting from the eSIM?

Are you attempting to use the GOS phone app to get visual voicemail? (This works for me fyi. It is possible on many carriers)

Anyway, try this:
hold your finger down on the visual voicemail app for a few seconds > app info > force stop the app > storage > clear data & clear cache

settings > system > reset > reset mobile

Let us know if that works.

You might have to get tmobile's My voicemail app.
You could contact your carrier about the requirements for using visual voicemail, maybe there's a misconfiguration on their end?

tombuster which plan under US mobile did you pick? I think some work better than others. By plan I mean which carrier? Dark star, warp, etc.

This was actually for the Dark Star backend. For T-Mobile/Lightspeed I think you do need the standalone VVM app instead of using the native app.

Can confirm I have visual voicemail working with the default GOS phone app on US Mobile's Warp plan, which uses Verizon towers.

Don't remember the steps for setup so can't help in that regard.

So everything works great on a secondary line with Warp, it just seems that Dark Star doesn't have the correct implementation.

Us mobile's instruction state you have to initial your voicemail in order to use visual voicemail.
Set a voicemail pin and greeting.
