I'd like to know how I can buy a virtual number to use on WhatsApp. Sometimes you want to ask a specific question to a company or person via WhatsApp, but you don't want them to have your personal number. So I'd like to buy one just for that—to use on WhatsApp—but maybe this app blocks virtual numbers.
I think there might be an app that lets you buy a virtual phone number and pay for it with a Google Play card. Does anyone know of one, or of a site where you can buy a virtual phone number and pay anonymously? There has to be something.
I’d also be fine with something that lets me buy a virtual phone number to make voice calls from that number, even if WhatsApp doesn’t accept that number. The point is to have a second number for different situations, like the one I mentioned, or when someone asks for your phone number but you don’t want to give them your personal number.
Ideally, an app with a “Data Safety” policy that doesn’t collect too much data.
