Hello, since Japanese IPhones cannot disable the camera sound, this would also happens with Pixels with GrapheneOS?

gonzalo you can disable it on GrapheneOS regardless of if it's a Japanese model:

In the GrapheneOS stock camera the shutter sound can be disabled, no matter in which country GOS is used, because GOS can only be installed by yourself.
For myself I use the Pixel camera app installed through Aurora, shutter sound can also be disabled here, but I don't know if there exists a special version for Japan where this option is unavailable.

On iPhones, the camera shutter sound cannot be disabled in certain countries. By contrast, GrapheneOS does not impose feature restrictions based on region.

There's no shutter sound on my Japanese Pixel 7a (I haven't touch or do anything related to trying to turn it off)
