How to update/upgrade all apps at once

Here is use case:

I keep installing apps in owner profile
I use different profiles with different set of apps
apps may come from different sources, droid, aurora store, etc
I want to perform periodic upgrades of all apps at once
number of apps is large for manual upgrade, or at least it is very tedious and time consuming to go one by one

My question is how to automate this task.

Usually app stores update apps automatically.

You could have every app in 1 profile. If you don't want to use certain apps in that profile, then disable those apps.

You should still be able to update every app even if it's disabled.

Updating an app in 1 profile or private space updates the app everywhere on the phone. Now all profiles are updated.

I don't know about updating all apps across various profiles all at once. But for apps that come from different sources, you can use Obtainium.
