Oh ya, this is the discussion where I wanted to say this:
Check what your DNS is set to in the router. Lots of services have various offerings:
A set of servers for malware blocking, another for ad blocking and malware, another for no blocking.
Maybe your DNS provider out in the internet is blocking stuff.
Whatever you do, have DNS on the router be set to something other than default or DHCP because then your DNS requests go to your ISP for them to snitch on you to data collectors.
