Cannot make/receive phone calls Pixel 10 Pro

When I try to initiate call, it automatically says call ended. No warnings. Likewise if someone calls it inform them
line busy with a bit sound and it hangs up.

Saw that you posted some log files; that might be helpful. I unfortunately can't read (i.e., understand) log files, but some questions that come to mind:

Does mobile data work normally?
Do you use a physical or an eSIM?
If physical SIM: Does the SIM work in another device?
Have you tried another SIM/eSIM on this device?
Can SMS be sent and received?
the screenshot you provided shows a VPN icon: Do you have firewall/VPN/network filtering active which might interfere?
What is your IMS registration status (phone app - type *#*#4636#*#* than look for IMS> IMS registration)?

-> I do. They cannot interfere with normal phone calls. Web browsing works.

-> This is impossible, due to the fact that once I press dialer icon the "Call ended" with sound bip occurs.

I have probably messed up with permissions to other apps which deal with call initiation. :(

Have you tried clearing storage for the Phone app? Long-press the icon > Storage and cache > Clear storage

Does that mean that you in the past have revoked permissions for system apps, either through the UI or adb?

settings > system > reset > reset mobile
Reboot the phone
Test calls and texts

It's a secret menu and not a phone call, however the correct dialing is:
*#*#4636#*#*
It likely works on your phone

I fixed it. The culprit was that I denied network permission to ImsService(com.shannon.imsservice)! If this package is that important, the GOS team should make it impossible to revoke its permissions like other system packages.

Regarding this System app/component (ImsService):

matchboxbananasynergy This is a completely normal app from AOSP, please don't touch it or adjust its permissions, you'll just end up breaking functionality.

Users should STOP removing permissions from System Apps/services, plain and simple. Why you might ask?

matchboxbananasynergy As a general rule, you're achieving nothing by disabling permissions from system apps. The only thing that's going to end up happening is things breaking and us not knowing how to help you fix them, since we won't know exactly what you've changed.

If you trust GrapheneOS, there's no reason to be adjusting permissions or anything else for system apps.

And

GrapheneOS It's fine to change permissions for the bundled user-facing apps but you shouldn't disable or mess with the permissions of OS components.

Also

treequell you should not disable or change the permissions of any system apps. I can understand the temptation to do so, but it will likely break things. The Settings app, specifically, is a privileged app and an integral part of the OS. As you're trusting the OS by installing it, you'd be best off leaving those permissions to their defaults.
