GrapheneOS won't update to Android 14 until it's actually released. According to their website (https://developer.android.com/about/versions/14/), it looks like that would be after July.
It still takes some time for the GrapheneOS team to upgrade, so could be several weeks after Android 14's release, but still earlier than a lot of others.
