GraphenOS and Android Auto, Google Pay

I'm considering switching to GrapheneOS on my Pixel 8 Pro and I have two questions about daily use:

Does Android Auto work reliably with Sandboxed Google Play? I use it every day in my car (both USB and wireless if possible).
Does Google Pay / contactless payment work with Sandboxed Google Play?

No, although Curve Pay works. But I believe that's a UK only thing or something
