Hello,
I have not been able to send or receive picture or videos regardless of size on the messaging app. I can receive and send normal text, and make phone calls, but cannot do images.
The error I see is "Couldn't download, tap to load." But when I tap to load, it just fails. Same thing upon sending an image, it just says: "not sent. Tap to try again."
I also have Verizon wireless if that makes a difference. I am also on main owner profile. E SIM.
Not sure why this is happening, really frustrating. I need help to figure out why this is happening.
