ClickClickDrone I see how you think, but because it explicitly stated that "having multiple free Accounts" is prohibited, that'll be what they go for and enforce by, regardless of it being listed in the examples.
Yea, it really depends what value of "multiple" they are referring to.
Is two already big enough to be considered multiple occurrences?
I guess you are right, if they want to enforce it they could.
I am not personally using Proton, but I hope they do not check this very strictly, it's nice to have work and private life separated :)
Developer-Dude That's just crazy. Sorry, but it is.
Yea, I would say bad marketing, at the very least.
Once I paid for my subscription and have my data in order, they are actively taking actions to reduce my capabilities when I stop paying.
I mean, once the email has been imported, it's been imported, it's just another email.
Personally, this has the opposite effect on me:
Knowing I will have to pay forever to keep my old emails, will just prevent me from migrating, honestly.
Developer-Dude I've considered Tuta, but never even tried it
Honestly if you don't mind about the email thing above, I find Tuta to be great.
The only thing I could not do is to use it for self-hosted services, because they do not offer bridges as Proton does.
