Webgpu is disabled in vanadium, other users can use another browser to utilize it.
It's deliberately disabled at the moment since we wanted to add a per-site toggle.

GOS won't implement AAPM:
Many of those are already filed separately and will continue to be handled that way. Apple's approach has been rejected for GrapheneOS as a whole. It does not make sense and is not a good way of doing things. These toggles should be provided separately and there should at most be a meta-configuration feature for setting them to a recommended value. It does not make sense to tie disabling all these things to a single all or nothing toggle. That is not how we do things.

vanadium still uses HW acceleration for most webgpu tasks with a tiny performance hit.
