Is it normal to need to manually update Vanadium Config in App Store?

Hello. I recently noticed the default App Store is showing me an available update to Vanadium Config version 174. I don't recall ever seeing an update from the app store before (I keep my user profile very minimal), and don't recall having to manually install it before. Is this unusual, or have I just been oblivious this whole time?

Probably just missed it. If the alert has recently come in, it will give me an option to run the update. If I didn't notice it or it was there for a while before I check my device, it will show that the update was completed.
