I have a contact in my phone who whenever they call it shows "Restricted caller"
The contact ist stored in your contacts, but his number doesn't show up when he calls— did i get that right?
A few things that come to mind off the top of my head:
Is the caller perhaps hiding his phone number?
Did you double-check for typos in his phone number?
Did you make some kind of formatting errors saving his number?
Are you abroad and haven't saved your contacts with country code?
you mentioned an "iPhone problem"- did you recently export your contacts from iPhone (maybe something went wrong in the process)?
Did you store the contacts in a different user profile (e.g., contacts are stored in Owner Profile, but you daily-drive a Secondary User Profile).
For further troubleshooting it would be helpful to know how you imported your contacts and whether you're using the GrapheneOS “Contacts” and “Phone” apps or third-party apps.
