No notification vibration during call.

Hi all, bit of a niche issue, but when I'm on a voice call, and I get a push notification (email, instant message etc), I get the notification no issues, but no vibration when that notification comes through. I was using a Nokia X30 with Android One os prior to switching to a Pixel 10 Pro with GOS.
I've made sure that all the apps that I need to receive notifications from do have all the relevant notification permissions, and vibration is enabled. Do not disturb is also off too.
I can't help but feel it may be a setting that I'm missing, or there's a way to enable this that I've completely missed.

I recall that this is normal behavior. If the phone is set to 'sound on' for notifications/calls, then i hear a little ping during phone calls.

I would imagine the vibrating movement and sound from the motor would get across to the person on the other end and they'd hear it.

This is also present when the screen is locked and I'm on a call.
