Pixel 10 Pro XL on Cape Cellular, build number 2026042101.
Secondary profile has calls/sms enabled. In network options it shows connected to LTE but the default phone and messaging apps do not see the connection. VoLTE is enabled in primary profile but seems to make no difference in secondary.
If I disable wifi in secondary I can use cellular data in the browser but when I try to make a call in the phone app it says "Mobile network not available". Checked everything I know to check and not finding much elsewhere.
