First of all the play store seems to think I don't have a internet connection (which is a load of as I have full wifi and sim card) but also my eufy security app (it needs a code to be sent to my email) they are not turning up however many times I request also my app for my mobile company keeps coming back as error 500
More details would be helpful:
Is your internet connection working in general (Wi-Fi/cellular)? Have you tried another network?
Have you installed the Google Play Store and Google Play Services correctly and do both have network access (App Info > Permissions > Network)?
Are you using a VPN (try disabling it - don't forget to untoggle Block connections without VPN) or a custom DNS (Settings> Network and Internet> Private DNS - try disabling it) or an ad blocker (try disabling it)?
