Pixel 10a - Experience (help...)

Hi everyone,
I am new on this, just got a Pixel 10a with the intention of finally experiencing all GrapheneOs has to offer! but just read Pixel 10a is (experimental)... I don't know what that means.
Is it safe to say GrapheneOS is ready for Pixel 10a? Has anybody already using it in a 10a?
Should I wait until de OS is more stable? As I said, i am new on this.

I’ve been using it for about two months now, pretty much since it came out, just a few hours after launch. I haven’t noticed any glitches or bugs at all. I use it completely without Google as my daily device, and it’s an amazing feeling. (I only use apps through Obtanium.)
So yeah, I can confidently recommend it 👍

Experimental means not supported (yet), i.e. it's not fully baked yet. You probably want to wait until it goes non-experimental and stable.

It varies depending on what they run into. The first experimental was just released yesterday. I'd guess that anything from 2 to 6 weeks might be considered normal.

Just the 10A is experimental at this time. The rest of the 10 series are all fully supported.

It works like 8a and 9a i can't find any difference. The 10a is my everyday cellphone

Hi again,and thank you for your reply’s, they’ve been very helpful.

Just got GOS! 😅, however I get this message when turning my device on:
“Your device is opening a different operating system.
Visit this link on a different device: g.co/ABH”
And then it shows a ID: (bunch of numbers and symbols)

The next screen is the big colorful G sign (that we all dislike), and the following screen is the access to GrapheneOS.

Is this the ways it’s supposed to be? As I said I just de-googled a new Pixel 10a.

Any advice on what to do or explanation would be of great value.

It's in "beta". Won't be long until it is officially supported. You can install it now, but there might be some bugs. If 10a wont be your main device, you can go ahead now.

Digitalia it works for me everyday... Realy no difference to Pixel 9a or 9. the 10a is smooth and stable... Just use and enjoy it

I use a pixel 10a on GrapheneOS and it works well, i don't face any bug. I started with first build for this device and everything is well since the begining. 2026032000 was the first build for the pixel 10a, saying experliemtal but stable for me.

But the only problem i encounter is that in Google Pixel Camera app, portrait and add-me mode cause the app to crash

I think you shoukd try. If it's fine for you, continue with GOS. If not, you can still flash the stock OS

Nikoleos the crash is because of missing components Google AR wich you can't install for some reasons

phone-company google play services for RA are installed and also pixel camera services but still crash

It's working as intended, that's the firmware giving you a heads-up. You can't disable that but you can skip through it by double pressing the power button.

It 's normal, it is because GOS is not the stock OS, the caracter after are a hash to ensure you run genuine GOS

This is great news honestly, I was just looking at the 9a on Amazon, but the 10a is about the same price and has the better modem. Still no problems for you 10a users?

stickykeys yes GOS is working well on pixel 10a for me

The only sad thing is that pixel 10a has the same CPU has pixel 9a, a tensor based on samsung exynos and not based on TSMC like other pixel 10 family

But it's still smooth
