Koollkyle My Pixel 7 Pro behaves differently from my partner’s device in certain ways — same OS, same actions, but the logs and system behavior don’t always match. Is this expected variation, or something I should be concerned about?
I don't think it will be easy for people here to answer that question without more detail.
One reason why logs might not "match" is that the system does many things in the background according to schedules. As just one example, there are several different periodic Wi-Fi tasks, and the timing for those will not in general match for two identical devices unless they were both booted at exactly the same time and moved together all the time so that they encountered the same networks at the same time. If the two devices aren't touched in exactly the same way at the same time, they will diverge in terms of when the screen locks, when various parts of the system enter and leave power-saving etc.
Perhaps the question is completely unrelated to timing-induced differences, but without details all anybody here can do is guess.
