Getting rid of Gms

So, I got Gms downloaded in my Owner profile, because I want to have access to Hotspot and my Gmail at the same time)) But now, when my privacy concerns got more serious I what to get rid of Gms on my Owner profile, I don't know how. I tried:

Restrict battery and background mobile data for Google Play services app
Did same for GmsCompactConfig app
Deleted Google Play services app

But GmsCompact still appears in background activity.
Ho do I get rid of Google (Hopefully without reinstalling whole GOS on my phone)?

Its GmsCompat, not GmsCompact.
That's a Graphene system app that you should not be touching.

As long as you remove the Google Play Store and Services from the App List, then it is uninstalled. That is all.

You already have. At least according to point 3.

Make sure you're in the owner profile: (since you want this one rid of google)
Settings > apps > see all apps > very top search "google" uninstall google play store and google play services.

Vanadium > delete cookies and cached images
(You'll be signed out of websites and any saved preferences not tied to your account will be gone but these are probably quick to do again.)

Dumdum Okay, that's sounds a bit more optimistic. But is there a button to stop any requests to Gms just for sake of Gms not draining my battery?

You still haven't gotten rid of Google completely of course, it will still chase you across your browsing sessions and any apps using webview.

Do you mean if Google Services are installed?
Or by Gms, are you referring to the GmsCompat?

If the former, then no there is no way to stop apps from communicating with Play Services if it is installed.
If the latter, then I'm not sure why you would want to stop requests to it, since it is a Graphene app that is merely for the sake of forcing Google Play into the sandbox. Also, as far as I'm aware GmsCompat uses very little, if any, battery.
