Hello. I noticed the call record function on the phone app, and wanted to use it as an 'emergency button' in case the other person becomes abusive or I think they may be trying to trick me. However, this won't work if the function automatically tells them - as some do on some phones. Can you let me know if this is the case? For my peace of mind? I can't test it myself as I only have one phone.
I am legally allowed to do this where I am.
