K8y That video is premised on convincing a target to install a malicious app (see at 29:13). Also note that early on in the video he breezes past the fact that some of the functions, such as the key logger, don't work (see at 3:32).

I don't think nation-state actors with serious malware are posting tutorials on YouTube. Lots of people post lots of things on YouTube, including lots of clickbait. Overall, YouTube is not the best way to learn about computer security.

K8y Honestly... now that the doom machine has learned that you are interested in scary videos about Android exploitation, perhaps it would be prudent to resist it a bit and read a book by an actual computer security expert. Bruce Schneier's book Secrets & Lies is a bit dated, but it has a lot of information about how to think carefully about security threats (thinking carefully is sort of the opposite of what doom algorithms want).

Not to defend the video, but there are 4 calls on the right; notice that there are two outgoing arrows for Adrian, and that is consistent with the recipient numbers on the left.

These were attempted calls, probably to fake numbers, in a span of one minute, so it would be rather strange if they appeared to last longer, or if the YouTuber published his friends' real numbers.
