No, nothing is wrong. This is completely normal, you must have not noticed the yellow boot screen before, it's always been there

It says this if any OS besides google stockOS for your pixel is on the phone. It'll say this every time you boot up GrapheneOS. It isn't of concern, it means you are using GrapheneOS

No, this screen is shown for all builds for all devices. It is shown because it is not a "Google Certified OS".

Of course it is. The release notes show:

It's part of that April patch level.
