chillz Hi People, I need to receive a OTP to log into my bank and to purchase another eSIM data plan, however, my UK Physical SIM is now not working. I purchased my eSIM prior to travelling to Turkey which works great after some troubleshooting but now I need to top up and am unable to receive messages. My Physical SIM(giffgaff) connects for maybe 10-15 seconds if I turn on Airplane mode then turn it off but then displays "No Service" and it is not enough of a window for me to receive OTP. How can I get my both SIMs to work simultaneuosly consistently? Thank you in Advanced!
MetropleX chillz have you tried dialling: *#*#4636#*#* in the Dialler and ensuring that DSDS is enabled under Phone Information? https://grapheneos.org/usage#esim-support
xxx chillz "No Service" Means the sim is not active in the network. Contact your operator. If you are abroad: Is roaming enabled? Maybe try wlan/wifi-calling (if there is some free network).

chillz xxx Roaming is enabled. When I enable then disable airplane mode, my UK SIM connects to the correct local Turkish provider with full signal then disconnects displaying "No Service". I assume my configuration is correct as it would not display this otherwise but it seems to 'boot' me off within 15 seconds or so.
MetropleX chillz you have enabled all of the roaming requirements under the account pages for the carrier for roaming etc too yes? They often have toggles of their own.
chillz I am so sorry guys, I have made a rookie mistake 😅 I had to manually select a network provider on my UK SIM and this has now resolved my issue. Thank you so much for your time and help folks! 🙏🏾
