Unfortunately, it isn't possible because Motorolas aren't supported due to them not fulfiling security requirements.
Some future Motorolas in 2027-2028 will support it though.
If it is urgent you may need to buy a Pixel (8 or later preferably). You can buy used as well, since it will have hardware security measures in place to make sure the previous owner can't tamper with it.
