PixelVerse You could use a VPN-enabled router, so your VPN is connected form the router itself. Not cellular though. Not sure there's a cheap way to do this. Maybe try a router with a VPN + take out the SIM, so the phone knows you are WiFi only? Others may be more knowledgeable on the topic.
