Greetings, I am interested in using GrapheneOS and by circumstance an opportunity to upgrade my phone has appeared, and I chose to go with the Pixel 9a.
However, I'm in a third world country and I am unable to buy one directly from google, my options are pretty much local sellers, who are very stingy about seals, and I don't want to gamble on a sealed phone being OEM locked or an unsealed 9a that ends up being stolen.
Are all the international models (GTF7P) unlocked? Or are there specific ways to know if the phone is OEM locked from the IMEI and box information. I would very much appreciate any help.
