Web installer not detecting device.

I'm trying to install GrapheneOS on a Pixel 9.
Running into a problem where the web installer is not seeing the device.
I have boot unlocked it.
It shows up in Windows Explorer but in the webinstaller I get the popup message that no compatible devices have been found.
I tried this on 2 windows desktops with the same error.
Anyone with a suggestion on how to fix this?

Evertb showing up in windows explorer just means it is being detected as a storage device. This isn't the same as being detected as a fastboot device. What do you mean when you say boot unlocked? Toggled OEM unlocking on or actually performed the unlock in the bootloader via fastboot using the installer buttons?

What cable is being used?

Have you ensured to follow ALL instructions inclusive of installing the required driver if Windows hasn't done it itself?

You are making sure not to use an Incognito Window or have any "shields" enabled in your browser for the installer?

1) Are you using a web browser that supports WebUSB, probably most chromium based (e.g. chrome, edge, brave. The 3rd requires disabling brave shield)

2) Perhaps you need the bootloader driver on your windows machine. More info in this section of the install page:

Make sure you have 32GB of free storage space and 2GB of free RAM/memory on the windows machine.

Also, you can flash from another android device to your pixel.

Thanks for the feedback people.
I figured out the issue and it was a simple one: apparently I had to leave the device in fastboot mode (startup screen) rather than let it boot completely.
@Johnnyloans Youtube video showed me what I was doing wrong.
Have Graphene flashed on the device now so the journey van begin!
