I am working from a W11 install and I have installed Brave browser for using WebUSB in order to use the web-install method fo GOS.
I can't seem to get the web-page "button" to unlock my p9 when it is connected via the factory box cable, direct to my lap usb-c port. I just get a message in red below the button that states:
"Error: Bootloader was not unlocked, please try again!"
I have made sure I have the proper WebUSB driver.... from google, called "Android Bootloader Interface", but I still always get the same message. If I unplug the phone, then hit the button, a dialogue box will also pop up, empty of devices detected, then when plug the p9 in, it detects and says "paired". I highlight/click this as my only selection option and hit the "connect" button, but it just always drops me back to the same message as above.
Somehow the cable connection is working, and detection is going on, but the unlock code button will not work/execute.
Advice out there...?
