Backing up on Nextcloud/WebDAV... what to know?

Greetings!
It's the first time I'm backing up my GrapheneOS phone. Got a few questions:
I have multiple profiles. If I just run Backup from inside the root profile, it won't back up everything from the other profiles?
I have a bunch of installed apps, but almost no data yet. Even so, the seedvault in my WebDAV Nextcloud weighs 1.5 GB and I only have 2 GB space in total.
Actually, I see now that only a few apps have been backed up, the vast majority say "Not backed up as it wasn't used recently" - of course I didn't use, most of them are meant for usage on the other profiles.
I also have APK backups enabled in expert settings, should I deactivate it, delete my seedvault and then back up again?
One last question: I haven't logged in WhatsApp yet and haven't synced it yet as I have a huge backup on Google Cloud. Syncing will automatically flood my local storage and then I won't be able to backup all that on my private cloud? Actually, I'm not even sure if WhatsApp allows switching to another cloud provider... It should, right?

It shouldn't backup other profiles, not even private space.
I am not sure about work profiles, but I would guess they are treated the same.

Keep in mind that if Nextcloud has versioning active, you will occupy more space than the file weight.

This is useful to have a faster backup, but you could opt to install manually the apps and restore only the data after.

If you are thinking about SeedVault, it will skip the regular option you have set inside WhatsApp.
If you are thinking about the regular settings inside WhatsApp, you can change it whenever, but I am not sure if you can set an arbitrary webdav cloud (I do not have WhatsApp to check this myself).
