No, once a file is deleted there's no process to recover

Do you delete only the KeePassDX App or your KeePass database?

If only the app, reinstall it and open your KeePass db.
You need your KeePass db master password then and your second factor, if configured.

And I hope you've a backup of your KeePass db.

You either use a backup of the KeePass database (which I hope you did) or you're using a file manager that has a recycle bin (the AOSP Files app doesn't have one).

Otherwise, I'm afraid I can't think of any other way to restore the deleted database, sorry.
