But i am now sure that the issue was Friendly Captcha.
Furthermore, to me, it seems like it had just decided that my ip was no good anymore. (its this shared fibre optics ip), i already tryed mobile data yesterday once and it failed
But today i tryed different mobile ip and it worked...
(like the friendly captcha website even crashes with my home ip ...)
