My phone is currently with feds , trying to cellebrite my phone password. Been 2 months they still trying . will update. On progress ..

They would never tell you any of this information (Cellebrite usage against your phone, "we're still trying to get into your phone", "we will update you on our progress of getting into your phone").

Maybe "they" have your phone, because you can't prove it is yours legally.
Just because it was in your pocket at time of detention, does not make it your phone.
If you can't prove its your phone, "they" won't give it back to you.

Cellebrite, thats wishfull thinking on your behalf I think. "They" wont tell you one way or the other if they have tried to breach your phone.

They would never tell you any of this information

They would notify OP during the discovery process if the case goes to trial. They can verify if the information must be from the phone to the best of their knowledge.
