Hey, nice blog post. Most of this is nitpicking, feel free to ignore all of it.
Might be 1 other spot where Pixel phones are mentioned to have a limitation that is true about all phones. (Could imply that Pixel phones are inferior because the battery degrades while 80% < x or x < 20%)

The GrapheneOS community recommends models 8 and up, because of their extended support.
Well, yes coincidentally but 8+ is recommended maily because of MTE--memory tagging--a major security feature.

610 battery cycles is a bit faster than my usage. I have 843 battery cycles on a pixel 6 which is about 50% older than your phone. I have 85% of the original battery capacity.
NFC contactless payments do not work
Unless your financial institution builds it into their app. I heard about paypal and curve working in the regions they are offered in.
USB-C to USB-A cable is needed ... or a usb-c to usb-c cable if the PC has a usb-c port.
USB-C to usb-c is recommended. Both work. Many C-A are charging only, no data.
To see the full [quick tile] menu use 2 fingers to swipe down.
Wow, never knew this.
Set animations (window, transition scale) to 0.5x
Personally, I disable animations to save on battery.
I search "anim" in the settings to find the disable option in normal settings--not a developer option.
Other then that all other location options are OFF except for the Geocoder, which i set to ON.

SUPL & PSDS downloads from GOS. Not using PSDS will consume more battery and have slower GPS results.
Enable a Private Space on Owner profile, useful if you want to hide apps/files from your main profile
Maybe you mean that apps in owner aren't aware of what is in PS. PS won't hide any apps. They are searchable in the app drawer and in SEttings > apps
Storage Scopes can be enabled if the app doesn’t have any storage permission.
Storage scopes is giving some storage permission
The app is still allowed to create files and directories but will lose access to files that it created if it’s uninstalled and then installed again.
The sentence sounds like uninstalling an app can cause irreversible changes or damage to a new user--something to worry about and find a workaround for.
If it was me, I'd take this out. You could mention: "All installed apps start with zero permissions, not even sensors is given like all other android phones (rotation, accelerometer, etc)." Storage scopes would have to be given again to the app and then everything's fine.
Contact Scopes
Good spot to mention that some apps will refuse to work without seeing your contacts so you create a storage scope with zero contacts for it to inspect. That's my opinion anyway.
The auto-reboot feature in “Exploit protection” menu, reboots locked devices after a set period of time to put data at rest. I set it at 72 hours
This is incorrect. The phone reboots if the phone hasn't been unlocked within the time period. Not every 72 hours. 72hours seems very long. You probably use your phone every day and could set it to 12 hours or something.

5G on the 7a and other Pixels is known to generate significant heat, which degrades the battery faster.
5G on every phone uses more power, thus creating heat. StockOS will turn off 5G at advantageous times automatically.
Add a widget on the home screen to easily switch between profiles without going through the Settings menu.
Another option: you can switch profiles with your 2 finger pull down method then tap the colorful person icon at the bottom of the screen.
