Hi,
I have a new phone and want to sell the old Pixel 7, which is in perfect condition.
I can get about an average of $250 in my area for it.
I wanted to test GrapheneOS on it as a precursor to installing it on my new cell, as I have never tried GrapheneOS.
I used the Web Installer, with GREAT success to get GrapheneOS installed and followed ALL the recommended steps including re-locking the boot-loader.
I went to the official GrapheneOS Web Installer website and it failed unlock my boot loader after clicking the unblock boot-loader button.
I held the power button to turn off the phone thinking I would try again.
Every boot I do now ends up at the dead android screen, or the waiting for commands screen --> after I hold power and tap the volume up and I get a waiting for commands screen.
If I leave it long enough on the waiting for commands screen it eventually times out and boots into the Graphene recovery screen.
I did do a wipe cache/factory reset was it? Which ever option does the factory reset and warns about losing all the data = that one.
The I chose to boot into fast-boot and there i sits with a big FASTBOOTD title and optins.
I tried booting to recovery and it ends up at the dead android again.
I have not tried any other options and am hoping to get some advice/help now on how do I get the default Google provided Android OS installed once more so I can sell this phone?
TYVM to ANYONE who can help me out.
John
