How to automatically record all calls without manual input?

The Phone app (com.android.dialer) has built-in call recording. This is good. But it must be started manually, and can only be started when the other party is on the phone (i.e., after the ringing ends).
We would like to have all calls recorded, and we would like to have them recorded automatically. How can we do this?

graphingpaper there are apps that I think can allegedly hook into the system call recording functionality that have their own ACR functionality, such as the call recorder by skvalex. But you'd have to research and test it out, and it's a paid app you need to buy a license key for. As nice as a native ACR feature would be, it really just isn't a high priority for the devs since it's really just a luxury feature.
