How to create Google Account anonymous?

I tried to create a google account without a phone number but it seems like it is not possible? Online they are saying you need to use own exiting email and not creating a new gmail. But even then it ask for a phone number. Is it possible? Does somebody have any suggestions?

I wouldn't also use any other app that asks to be registered with your current phone number, since there is no guarantee that the information is not fed back to Google on server side.

Thanks for everbody for your help. Maybe i know what the problem was. I tried to create account with vpn. Perhaps google blocks this. That is perhaps the reason why in blog the first method is to try in a public wifi. maybe i will do that.

Use open WiFi at a popular business such as Apple store or Starbucks. Avoid using VPN. And as already mentioned in guide enable totp.

I'd suggest cycling VPN servers until one accepts registration without a phone number. I did.

alex_herrero i nearly tried all servers in europe. estonia, switzlernad france germany, czech republic. mullvad vpn. there are some more. but got tired :D

One thing I would add that even if you manage to create a Google account without a phone number, it may force you to add a phone number later.

I usually use a VOIP number purchased anonymously, then enable TOTP in the Google account and remove the number. Having 2FA enabled usually prevents Google from asking to add a phone number at some stage later.

I know the typical reply to this, but trust me somewhere, somehow, at some point regardless of how careful you are, you're gonna let your guard down and expose your true identity. So the best way to create and maintain an anonymous google account is, don't use any. And same applies to FB, MSN, you name it. Only ever use an online service where you don't mind that your info gets compromised. Have a great day.

[deleted] youre right. If your not extreme careful some mistakes will happen unfortunately. But never give up the fight although some mistakes will happen :D. But yes to not this mistake as you said is not even to create google account.

Ajlok Yes, jmp.chat only has US and Canadian numbers, they can still work for Google account verification even if you're located in Europe.

For a general-purpose European VOIP number, you can try some burner apps on Play Store and pay for them with a Google gift card or a gift Visa/MC card although they often don't work.

Google always wants me to verify phone number. If not right away when I create the account, then when I try to log in later.

Interestingly enough, yesterday I was able to create anon. account w/o phone number. No special tricks used.
However, the 1st login at another device (phone) it asked me to add/validate a phone number, but I choose the "other option" with 2nd (recovery) email address and it worked.
Today, using the same PC, same network, and browser I can't create a Google account w/o a phone number anymore.
