Notification banner instead of little icon?

Is there a way to get notification banner and chime when on secondary profile ATM I just receive a small icon on the top left.

Another question how do I set the notifications to ping and show notification type but not the whole msg. (Ik simple setting just can't find used to ios)
(App in question preferably WhatsApp unless there's a way to have all apps do this)
