Hello,

I’m having an issue with my Pixel 10 Pro running GrapheneOS after a recent update. Occasionally, I see brief horizontal lines flash across a small section of the screen for a split second. It looks similar to this example (but only affects part of the display, not the whole screen) example of what the lines look like not my phone

So far:

It happens randomly (e.g. while watching YouTube)
I haven’t been able to reliably reproduce it
I tested under load (3DMark, high brightness, HDR), but couldn’t trigger it
The phone was warm during testing, but the issue didn’t appear

I asked gpt (Ik ik I cant read logs) and it seems to think its a software issue, Has anyone noticed this and what do you guys think it could be.

Maybe_dumb I'm thinking its a hardware issue. One way to confirm would be to flash stock Android back on it and see if it still does this. If it does, its a hardware issue and the phone itself is defective.

Ahh I see thanks for letting me know, did a bit more looking around and apparently a known bug, (https://support.google.com/pixelphone/thread/405158715/pixel-10-pro-horizontal-pink-static-lines-while-playing-youtube-videos?hl=en)

Apparently Developer options → Disable HW overlays (or force GPU rendering) fixes this Im trying now will let you guys know if i works.
