I am a volunteer firefighter and we use IamResponding for our paging/response system. I am unable to get past the initial screen despite trying all recommendations I can find on the line.
I sent the log information to support at IamResponding and this was their response:
Your device is running GrapheneOS, a privacy-focused version of Android. This prevents our app from obtaining the device registration token it needs to complete setup with our servers, which is what causes the "Unexpected server error" message.
Unfortunately, we don't currently support GrapheneOS. The app requires a standard Android device to function properly.
I'm not sure what registration token they need but is there a workaround to get the app to work? I'd like to note the in this app has worked in the past but notifications stopped about a year or two ago. I've since moved to a new location and hence department which is why I'm working on setting up the new agency.
